Our office is accepts most major providers. We are in-network with Aetna (PPO and Medicare only), AlwaysCare (Unum/Stardust), Ameritas, Cigna (DPPO only), Connection Dental, Delta Dental, GEHA, Guardian, Humana (PPO and Medicare only), Lincoln Financial, Metlife (PDP+only), Principal, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. We welcome patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, even though we are not within network.
If you have any questions about your provider, call us, and we'd be happy to check your coverage. We can also file and track your claims to ensure you get the most out of your benefits. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
